A house in Tulum can be more accessible than you think (390,000USD lot included is a nice starting point for a 200m2 house). In Mexico, the financing options are very simple: you have to bring the money. Some limited loans exist but are tough to get and very expensive (you are looking at a minimum 10% rate) so we recommend you to finance your dream with an Equity and Personal credit lines coming from the country you have interests in. Of course we will be more than happy to share with you the tips and tricks of our others European, Canadian and American happy customers.

Tulum is a booming area for 15 years and with the future International airport, the Mayan train and the opening of additional routes to the beaches, the booming is even higher than before. Depending on the location, a lot costs in between 100 USD and 200 USD per square meter. The mosts common dimensions for a lot are: 10x30, 10x50, 25x100
