How much time in between the "go" you give us and the delivery ?
In 2 to 3 months we are able to make you sign for the lot, do the paperwork with you (FideoComiso, Build Permit...). Another 8 months to build the house. Add one month to be sure and you are in ! So, in less than 11 months from the lot to the house delivered. You already have the lot ? In 8 months you are in !
How much does it cost ?
It depends ! Once you have the lot (we can also help you with this) a house tailored to your taste is more or less 1,300 USD per Square meter with standard - but locally sourced - details and a 6m*3m pool. You want to add gigantic-no-frame windows, marble countertops, a Jacuzzi or anything special to you ? Let's talk about it !
Will there be dozens of house like mine ?
While we are also building some small projects with 5 to 10 houses in Gated communities, we have specialized for more than 15 years in Architect houses. You design the plan with our architects and we build it for you, according to your wishes. This is then very unlikely that your house will ressemble any other one.
Why are you cheaper than many projects that I can see on the web ?
The answer is very simple: we do not have fancy brochures, show house nor any intermediate person to pay. You are dealing directly with the builder of the house and his team. You are responsible for the signature of the paperwork (even if we will help you circulate this), you are following up the building through WhatsApp with the architect. And then you save 20/25% compared to other projects.
